Alpha Omega was recommended by our neighborhood members and they did not disappoint. Ray did an amazing job with our American Range double oven. He had not worked on the oven before but he took the time and effort to figure out what was wrong - the top oven convection fan was running during the normal bake and the lower oven was not heating. He patiently and efficiently took out the heavy oven on a dolly and worked through each section to find and, more importantly, fix the issues. I highly recommend Alpha Omega (and Ray) and now have a great company that I can depend on to fix my oven. Thanx Ray!!

Chris came the following day and fixed my dryer within 30 min. Turned out I had a broken dryer belt and he gave me the chance to give my dryer an extensive vacuum clean while he fixed it. Super friendly and good conversation. He explained to me how much part and labor was. Billed me on the spot. Took credit cards and I like that they provide a 1 yr labor warranty on part and labor. I had been quote over 250 for a simple belt and with this company I saved over 80 bucks. Super pleased!!

Our Samsung refrigerator had a leak on the bottom exterior. Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He immediately found the issue, he had to leave briefly to go back to the shop to get the part but came back in about 15 minutes. Put the replacement part on and voila all is good and no more leak!

I called Sears to come and repair my 28-year old Kenmore Series 70 washer and was informed the replacement part was no longer made by Sears. $117.99 for service call. Found Alpha Omega via Home Advisors. Chris came out and immediately diagnosed the problem (tub balance spring) and fixed the machine in no time---half of what Sears charged for "ringing my door bell". I would highly recommend Alpha Omega to all my friends. They are the best. Anyone with an old machine (20+ years) with a problem get these guys to repair it---don't waste your money on a new machine unless you have no other alternative with your old machine---much better quality. If you get Chris for your service he will really do a GREAT job.
